Referral rewards
Most people who come to us were sent by someone they trust. If you send us a friend, a colleague or a family member, we put credit on your account as a thank you.
What the credit is worth
Credit is applied to your own treatment. It is not a discount the person you refer has to claim, and there is nothing for them to hand over at the desk.

For each adult you refer
Credited once they have been in for treatment.
$25
For each child you refer
Same arrangement, for anyone under 18.

The most one family can earn
There is a ceiling, so the figures above stop adding up at this point.
How it works
Three steps, and we do most of them.

Ask us for cards
Mention the referral programme at your next visit, or when you call. We will hand you a few cards with your name already on them.

Pass one on
Give a card to whoever you think would get on well here. They bring it, or just say who sent them when they book.

We credit your account
Once they have had treatment, the credit goes on your account and comes off your next bill. You do not need to claim it or remind us.
The small print
- Credit is applied after the person you referred has completed a treatment appointment, not when they book.
- $50 for each adult referral and $25 for each child referral, up to $150 in total credit per family.
- Credit is applied to your treatment account. It is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred.
- It cannot be combined with another promotional offer or with the membership plan on the same treatment.
- The person you refer must be new to the practice.
