- When your referral schedules a treatment with us, you receive a treatment credit — $25 for each adult referral and $15 for each child referral.
Terms and Conditions
This special offer is available for a limited time only and includes a maximum savings of $80 in total credits per family ($25 per adult referral, $15 per child referral).
